We reflect inwardly about ourselves and spiritual matters

An aspect of our powers which is often overlooked
is the need to sometimes deliberately relinquish them.
This is part of what we do when we use our power to reflect
and look inwards to ourselves or what we perceive as the divine.
We use this to relax and maybe seek a deeper meaning to life
perhaps by having an internal dialogue with ourselves,
but also through praying, contemplating or meditating.
Whereas all the other powers tend to engage with the material,
we use this power to discover the spiritual dimension of life.
